apologizes for the harm done by supplying Textile ducts to the IJsbaan
Twente BV at Enschede (The Netherlands) which infringed on the patent
(EP 0 624 236 B1) of KE Fibertec AS. The infringement happened only
because we did not know about the patent, since otherwise we have full
respect for valid patents. It was not a professional act and it will
not happen again. |
