| Reason why not to use nozzles and slots |
| Why Prihoda s.r.o. uses neither nozzles nor slots |
| All
of the tests we have performed showed that there is not any reason
for use of plastic nozzles or slots made of mesh sieves. Producers
use both the methods to increase reach or intensity of the air current
in a certain area. This may also be reached using orifices cut with
laser in woven textile. Which are the advantages of orifices made in woven textile? 1/ Lower price; 2/ Better appearance – colour and design are not damaged; 3/ Better variability – the orifices may be grouped, their diameters may be changed and combined; 4/ Higher accuracy - diameters of the orifices are made with accuracy of one tenth of a millimetre; 5/ Plastic nozzles may damage the woven textile when washed. |
|
Why do they nevertheless use nozzles and slots? |
| 1/
Producers
who do not own the laser technology necessary to cut the orifices
put their out-of-date methods through using inaccurate arguments. 2/ Customers who used the nozzles or slots before require their supply repeatedly without regard to new possibilities. Is there any case when nozzles or slots are more suitable? We’ll be pleased to develop a counter-draft solution against any solution with nozzles or slot. We have calculation methods for accurate dimensioning of the orifices so that the rate of flow or uniformity of output is comparable and suitable. |
