oooI founded a limited company in 1994, and gave it my name. This decision symbolises my determination to create a dependable and honest company with long-term prospects. At the very beginning we had four employees and three sewing machines. At the time it was very difficult to find enough work, even for such a small number of people. We certainly were not lacking in enthusiasm or the will to work hard. Rather than worrying about how many hours we worked, we worried only about satisfying our customers. Since 1994 much time has gone by, many things have happened, and the firm has undergone many changes. Our fundamental values remain the same as in the beginning, but we have become leaders in our field.

oooAs of January of 2010, 83 people work at Prihoda s.r.o. in our plant in Hlinsk. Every day we manufacture more than two kilometres of textile diffusers, and are thereby ranked among the largest producers in the world. We rigorously minimise our expenses, and as a result can provide our products at great prices. Of course, that does not mean any reduction in our insistence on quality. Our objective is a top of the line product with great service, at the lowest possible price. Constant refinement of technical details and the search for better ways of doing things are both integral to our way of thinking and working. Innovation sets us apart from our competitors. The high quality of our products makes it possible for us to provide a ten-year guarantee. Through the outstanding organisation of our work, we can work to the shortest deadlines, even if we have to meet the complicated demands of custom production. In 2009, our average time of delivery was 8.7 days from the day when all the technical details of an order were agreed on. In August, when production was heaviest, our delivery time reached only 14.6 calendar days.

oooOur team of experts is a key component of the company and, to the greatest degree, determines the satisfaction of our customers. Our technicians must verify every order received, decide how to execute it, and select the best means of production. Every detail can influence the final performance of a product, and must be carefully considered. Our team, though young, already has enough experience and knowledge to flawlessly carry out its tasks. Our laboratory provides the ideal environment for inspection and testing under real conditions. Such tests are the key to innovation and constant improvement. Our customers are not just buying a certain length of textile diffuser, but a solution that meets their air distribution needs, plus technical support at the highest level.
